	Bridget McCormick (MInstD, INFINZ (Certified), NZILE Fellow) - General Manager Bridget joined Anchorage in August 2018 and was appointed as General Manager in December 2022. Previously Bridget worked in the commercial team at Duncan Cotterill and is a current board member of RiskNZ. She is experienced in regulatory compliance, risk management, law and finance. Through her care, communication and commitment Bridget is a highly regarded client manager and impartial third party experienced with resolving conflicts. 	Paul Dorrance (LLB) - Managing Director Paul is a partner at Duncan Cotterill specialising in commercial law. He has wide-ranging experience in commercial law practice, joint ventures and in drafting commercial contracts. Paul has acted for many substantial retirement villages and has considerable knowledge of the sector. Email Paul		Alex Skinner (CMInstD,CA,FCA(ICAEW)) Independent Director Alex joined Anchorage in June 2017. He is a highly experienced and qualified accountant and comes to Anchorage with 20 years's experience at KPMG, including as a senior partner, office managing partner and audit partner. He has previously had experience working with a number of significant retirement village operators. Alex is on several boards including Christchurch City Holdings, World Buskers Festival and Otautahi Community Housing Trust.
	Paul Calder (LLB) - Director Paul is a partner at Duncan Cotterill specialising in property and commercial law. Paul has acted for retirement village developers and operators, and has experience in relation to the acquisition, development, operation and financing of retirement villages.		Julie Walker - Financial Accountant Julie is the Financial Accountant at Duncan Cotterill and its related entities. She is a Chartered Accountant and has 20 years’ experience working in commercial environments. Prior to joining Duncan Cotterill in 2014, Julie held a similar position at a large international manufacturing company and has also gained experience from working in the UK. Email Julie
